Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance of all equipment.
• Inspections and Repairs: Conduct regular inspections, manage repairs, and oversee preventative maintenance activities.
• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including training and performance evaluations.
• Budget Management: Manage the maintenance budget, including cost control and procurement of necessary materials and parts.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A bachelors degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience: Significant experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with maintenance management software and a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for coordinating with other departments and reporting to senior management.
