HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner is a Human Resources Consultant and Subject Matter Expert, working closely in collaboration with each assigned area’s regional leadership to support all community-based human resources functions.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Consult with management providing HR guidance on results gathered and presented by leaders, analyzing data trends and metrics, including 360 reviews and workplace claims, to propose solutions in the form of education for best practices.
Provide support of the day-to-day application of all Human Resources policies, practices, and processes, with particular focus on positive employee relations and customer service.
Resolve complex employee relations including review of accommodations, discrimination, harassment and or wage and hour policy violations. Provide leaders with clarity relative to policies.
Assist with increasing productivity and retention by providing leaders with consultive education and employee morale activities to cascade to building staff.
Champion organizational initiatives by acting as a trusted advisor to promote organization strategies and goals.
Coach leaders on implementing fair and consistent practices.
Engage both leadership and staff to identify growth, staffing, education, and other employee related needs.
Coach leaders on progressive discipline ensuring a fair and consistent process.
Conduct facility visits, prioritizing interventions and leadership collaboration, as necessary.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or similar field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, preferably with multisite healthcare employer.
Valid Indiana Operator's (Driver's) License
