We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various tasks and initiatives.
Duties:
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Develop and participate in employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws
- Manage various aspects of human resources functions
- Handle payroll processing and data collection
- Participate in meetings including strategic planning
- Utilize Paylocity for HR-related tasks
- Assist with employee issues related to discipline, benefits, attendance, etc.
- Manage social media presence related to HR initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in interviewing and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with employment labor laws
- Strong knowledge of human resources management practices
- Proficiency in payroll systems and data collection methods
- Experience in workforce management strategies
- Ability to work with Paylocity or similar HR software
- Understanding of organization policies and HR principles
- Skills in social media management for HR purposes
