Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in NEW ALBANY, Indiana. In this role, you will be at the forefront of processing and managing customer accounts, resolving inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our financial transactions and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications.

• Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of customer credit records.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and credit applications.

• Monitor the status of customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed.

• Manage the billing process to ensure all transactions are accounted for.

• Execute account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of records.

• Handle cash applications and collections, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.

• Conduct commercial collections as required.

• Guarantee compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role as a Accounts Receivable Specialist.

• Proven ability in Account Reconciliation.

• Demonstrated skills in Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Experience in Billing procedures is essential.

• Proficiency in Cash Applications.

• Skilled in Cash Collections.

• Experience in Commercial Collections.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
