Rauch, Inc. Direct Service Professional (DSP)- FNC Day Program in New Albany, Indiana
$350 Sign-on Bonus eligible position. Must be scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week, Shift Differentials, and Crisis Pay
Full time positions for Direct Support Professionals for Rauch Inc.'s, FNC Day program. This role works effectively to provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. Responsibilities can include assisting clients to be as independent as possible; mentoring clients on daily living skills; and helping clients be a part of the community.
Qualified candidates will preferrably (but are not required to) hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Have a valid driver's license. Computer skills, good written and oral communications skills are a must. Experience is not required but preferred.
Pay Rate starts at $11.50 and increases based off experience and educational background.
Currently paying an additional $1 Crisis Pay.
