Fulfillment Operations Managers act as inspirational leaders of our Operations Supervisors within Fulfillment Pharmacies, while acting as subject matter experts and primary resources to the entire team, to ensure our members receive high-quality outcomes.

Our Fulfillment Pharmacy is located at 1050 Patrol, Jeffersonville, IN.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and be accountable for a team of Operations Supervisors (4-5 Directs and a staff of up to 75) to process prescription orders through Fulfillment Operations

  • Manage all operational functions of the fulfillment floor including inventory management, shipping & handling, replenishment, etc.

  • Oversee the overall safety, quality, and performance of the shift

  • Plan and forecast strategically with the ability to staff each area of workflow appropriately with the appropriate number of employees and roles equipped to do the work

  • Develop and share best practices & standard operating procedures across all lines of leadership, ensuring a consistent and effective methodology

  • Diagnose process improvement opportunities and partner with Site Director leadership to drive continuous improvement

  • Lead efforts in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training supervisors; expanding the onboarding to each and every team member

  • Monitor individual and team performance to ensure team is meeting and exceeding expectations; complete root cause analysis and adjust as needed if goals are not being met

  • Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to the team through feedback, performance management and individual development conversations

  • Obtain and maintain all licensures and training as required by company, state, and federal guidelines

  • Maintain necessary certifications and training to operate fulfillment equipment (forklifts, automation, etc.)

  • Own and complete more advanced projects as required or directed by site leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

  • Current Pharmacy Technician Licensure as mandated by state in which pharmacy is located

  • 5+ years of operational experience (fulfillment, pharmacy, inventory control, etc.)

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience

  • Experience driving continuous improvements and implementing change in an organization

  • Experience driving results through effective Performance Management practices and tools

  • Experience working in a production environment

  • Ability to demonstrate creating a culture of collaboration, recognition, inclusiveness and diversity

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks

  • Proficient computer and organizational skills with the ability to focus on workload and achievement of both production and quality objectives

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid teamwork and cooperation skills
