Description We are in the process of recruiting a Property Administrator for our real estate property and facilities management team based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves managing daily operations of the residential and/or commercial units, overseeing building maintenance, and handling billing and coding invoices. This role provides a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing quality control of all regulations and policies related to the leasing process.

• Assisting with the budgeting process.

• Managing daily operations of the residential and/or commercial units assigned.

• Overseeing building maintenance.

• Travelling to alternative communities, if requested.

• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records.

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Utilizing software like Yardi, Microsoft Outlook, and other property management and administrative assistance tools.

• Effectively reading and interpreting documents and instructions.

• Interacting effectively with community residents. Requirements • Proficiency in Yardi software

• Experience in property management

• Strong administrative assistance skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• High level of organization and detail orientation

• Knowledgeable in real estate laws and regulations

• Proven problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
