Our client is a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturer committed to excellence and innovation in the industry. Our state-of-the-art facility requires a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our critical systems.

Pay Range: $65K-$80K DOE.
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (Brownsburg)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM NO On-Call!
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to manage and maintain our cleanroom systems; including air handlers, filter fan units, makeup air units, exhaust systems, and bloom fans. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial safety, experience with cleanroom environments, and proficiency in cloud-based monitoring systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on cleanroom systems, including air handlers, filter fan units, makeup air units, exhaust systems, and bloom fans.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with cleanroom equipment to ensure continuous, optimal operation.
System Monitoring: Utilize cloud-based systems to monitor and check sensors throughout the facility, ensuring all systems are functioning within specifications.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to industrial safety protocols and ensure all maintenance practices meet regulatory and safety standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and any incidents affecting equipment functionality.
Problem-Solving: Provide detailed explanations of obstacles encountered and solutions implemented in maintaining and repairing equipment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred. Equivalent experience in a radioactive environment may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Proven experience working with cleanroom systems, including air handlers, filter fan units, makeup air units, exhaust systems, and bloom fans.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial safety and experience with cloud-based systems for monitoring and managing facility sensors.
Problem-Solving: Ability to articulate and provide detailed accounts of complex obstacles faced and overcome in previous roles.
