Description We are offering an opportunity for a Legal Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana. The job function will primarily involve various office tasks within the legal industry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in a dynamic workplace setting.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and returning phone calls in a timely and professional manner

• Creating and maintaining organized filing systems for legal documents

• Flexibly adapting to a variety of responsibilities as they evolve over time

• Utilizing case management software such as MyCase and LexisNexis for efficient task completion

• Handling client communications confidently, maintaining a high level of professionalism over the phone

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks

• Managing calendar and scheduling tasks for the team

• Handling client complaints and providing appropriate solutions

• Assisting in briefing and documentation tasks

• Proactively managing billing functions using the management system Requirements • Proficiency in Case Management Software

• Familiarity with LexisNexis

• Experience with various Management Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

• Ability to handle Billing Functions

• Experience in Briefing

• Proficiency in Calendar Management

• Experience in Complaint Handling

• Excellent Documentation skills

• Proficiency in Team scheduling and individual Scheduling

• Ability to maintain clear and professional Client communications

• Ability to engage in effective Client conversations

• Open to all levels of experience, from fresh graduates to seasoned professionals.
