Insight Global Executive Admin Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Executive Admin Assistant for a local law firm. This person will have to be highly detailed, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to shift priorities quickly. This person will help coordinate, schedule, document, and complete day-to-day tasks for partners at the firm.

Skills and Requirements

* 3-5 years as executive assistant

* Experience interfacing with high level personnel (C-suite preferably)

* Hyper-attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize time, and switch quickly from one task to another * Experience in a Law Firm null
