Title: Associate Move Project Manager

Location: Indianapolis IN 46221 (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Month’s (Potential to convert to Full-Time Employee based on fit)

Pay Range $20.00 to $25.00/hr.

We are looking for a “Associate Move Project Manager” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Resource's Typical Working Day:

• Extensive training provided

• Coordinate office moves rather than being onsite

• Keep data up to date

• Confirm availability of new locations

• Work within a schedule with movers and team members

• Inventory existing workstations and seating locations

• Additional move support services as required for Return to Office efforts

• Proficient in Excel and professional when interacting with employees/customers

Top Must have Skills:

• Attention to Detail

• Ready to Learn

• Strong Organizational Skills

Top Nice to have Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role

Systems/Software Proficiencies:

• Microsoft Office Suite

Required Experience and Education:

Experience: 1+ year of general administrative professional experience

Education: High School Diploma

Interview process :

2 rounds of interviews
