Do you want to work in the Field Applications Customer Support organization? Specifically supporting the Facility Monitoring Systems team. Do you enjoy working with customers to install automated systems, provide training, and solving complex problems? Then read on!

We are currently seeking an Analyst Field Applications Specialist who will be responsible for:

  • Installation, troubleshooting, and support of Facility Monitoring Systems installed in regulatory (FDA, GMP) controlled manufacturing facilities.

  • Commissioning and executing validation of Facility Monitoring Systems.

  • Participating in customer calls and design reviews.

  • Customizing validation documents and manuals.

  • Call closure using our computerized service management software system.

  • Customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job.

  • Scheduling and managing travel to and from customer sites.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical field, or equivalent Military experience

  • 2-years of technical experience in a service, field service or application engineering role.

  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication skills

  • Ability to travel domestically, up to 50% of the time

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Prior field service experience with Particle Counters

  • Experience working with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), or similar monitoring systems

  • Experience in computer programming/scripting, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

This position is remote-based and will require up to 50% US domestic travel annually to customer sites.

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
