Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a 2nd and 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance up to 480v 3-phase. Equipment includes saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, fitting/plumbing/pressure componentry, air compressors, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, fitting/plumbing/pressure componentry, and air compressors.

• Work with up to 480v 3-phase electrical systems.

• Conduct maintenance on HVAC systems.

• Perform PLC troubleshooting.

• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies.

Essential Skills

• Industrial Maintenance Experience

• Basic understanding/knowledge in HVAC

• Basic understanding/knowledge in 480v 3-phase Electrical Troubleshooting (LOTO primarily)

• Basic understanding/knowledge of how PLCs work

• Industrial Certificates or Degrees (knowledgeable in at least 2 out of 3 areas)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot 480v 3-phase

• Ability to read/interpret schematics

• PLC troubleshooting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00
