Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Francesville facility located in Francesville, IN.

What You'll Get To Do

Operate the following equipment:

• Haul Trucks

• Loaders

• Water Truck

• Crusher

• Bulldozers

• Grader

• Excavator

• Forklift

• Skid Steer

• Back Hoe

• Pick-Up Truck

• Fast Lab & Hand Held quality analyzer

• Two-way radio

• Scheduled overtime as required, including weekends

• Other job duties requested by supervision including housekeeping in all areas of the Quarry

What We Are Looking For

• High school education or equivalent.

• Ability to safely operate all equipment listed above to manufacture and Heidelberg Materials standards.

• Ability to utilize hand tools necessary for performing quality testing, clean-up, belt skirting changes, belt scraper adjustments and screen changes.

• Demonstrate and convey knowledge in general mechanics and operating heavy equipment.

• Communicate clearly and precisely with supervision and co-workers both orally and in writing.

• Subject to other duties and responsibilities in the Quarry or Cement Plant.
