responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution of capital, maintenance, and automation projects throughout the plant

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, maintenance, procurement) to resolve technical challenges and ensure project alignment with overall business goals

• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and address evolving industry best practices

requirements:

• BS Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or similar preferred)

• Experience with capital projects (CAPEX)

• Experience with industrial automation (PLCs, etc)

• Desire to be on the floor in the thick of things

• strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, as well as communication
