Finance Manager in

- Plan and coordinate accounting, banking, and other financial activities of the company.
- Evaluate data pertaining to costs to plan budgets.
- Analyze information to assess the current or future financial status of the company.
- Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors.
- Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions.
- Review reports of securities transactions or price lists to analyze market conditions.
- Perform all weekly payroll duties including but not limited to timesheet reconciliation, imports from external systems, adding/removing all new/leavers to systems requiring knowledge of standard practices used in the preparation, distribution and maintenance of payroll and records.
- Review all earnings, deductions, and tax calculations.
- Ensure tax compliance with Federal, State wage and hour laws, stay current on regulatory, legal, and other payroll developments.
- Review and submit all relevant reporting for SUI and Quarterly state reporting as required.
- In charge of reconciliation of company expenses, invoices and receipts.
- Create all weekly sales invoices for perm and contract.
- Create and manage reports that will help the team understand KPIs, track personal and team goals.
- Manage Reporting to Access Capital on a weekly / monthly basis.
- Complete cashflow on a weekly basis, reporting figures to management.
- Prepare monthly management board packs.
