The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with a healthcare company in the Evansville area to find a new Night Shift Patient Access Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, overnight position.

Schedule: 6pm - 6am | 3 shifts per week, rotating days (weekends and holidays included)

Responsibilities for the position include the following:

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, and assist them with the registration process.

• Collect and verify patient information, including demographic data, insurance information, and medical history.

• Update patient records and maintain accurate patient files.

• Schedule appointments and provide patients with information about their upcoming visits.

• Answer patient questions and address concerns.

  Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong computer skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
