As a Sr. Sales Analyst you should be a highly motivated, team oriented, and a process driven individual who will become a dedicated business partner supporting our GM, VP-Sales, VP-Marketing, Sr. Director -- FP&A, Field Sales Directors, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product Management. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales, marketing and Industry data. The role will focus on designing and maintain dashboards and reports with visualization tools for Market Share, Orders, Sales Forecast, Registrations, Dealer Inventory, and Dealer Scorecard. This role will have a high degree of visibility and regular interaction within the senior leadership team; requiring qualified candidates to have well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Utilize advanced analytical software, tools and techniques to extract and democratize actionable insights from orders, sales and registration data to enable informed planning, decision-making and performance-measurement for sales, marketing and product initiatives
Support VP-Sales, Sales Directors and Sr. Director-FP&A to forecast weekly registrations, orders and dealer inventory by analyzing performance to date and assessing potential risks and opportunities
Embody a continuous improvement mindset and proactively seeks out enhancements to business process, data capture, and visualization, in order to support better, faster decision-making
Present information and insights in an actionable manner to team members across the organization with regular interaction with the Senior Leadership Team
Foster strong relationships and collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of key objectives and deliverables
Lead and/or participate in special projects and other duties, as assigned
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor's degree - preferred in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance or related field
Three (3)+ years' experience in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, and other relevant software tools is essential.
Experience with Data Visualization and CRM systems -- Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce, Dynamics 365
