Basic Job Functions:
The role of a Business Management System Coordinator consists of, but is not limited to, assisting the Business Management System Supervisor with implementation, maintenance and improvement of all aspects of the Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems and process improvement functions. The Business Management System Coordinator maintains QMS, EMS, and SMS documentation, including area FMEAs and control plans; monitors and updates teammate training records; and maintains gage calibration records. This position assists in the initiation, completion and monitoring of department corrective actions; continual improvement projects; KPIs and objectives; and conducts required MSA studies. This position leads manufacturing process audits, product audits and layered process audits to assess conformance to required quality, environmental, and safety management system procedures, standards and/or customer specifications. Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing/production process or quality related field
Experience in Management Systems components
Preferred Qualifications:
Three or more years experience with a formal management system
ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor
ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor
Demonstrated use of AIAG Core tools
