SAIC Project Lead in CRANE, Indiana
Description
SAIC is seeking a Project Lead with a background in leading technical projects such as tasking with batteries, printed circuit boards, and critical electronics to support the US Navy in Crane, IN .
JOB DESCRIPTION : Responsible for management support of task orders for NCWC Crane Division, in accordance with contract requirements for technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day-to-day technical project execution, including risk, customer relationships, and program staffing at the Project level.
Provide technical support directly for the projects to ensure timelines and technical requirements are met.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to SAIC leadership. Support proposals and be able to support significant capture efforts and proposals.
Primary customer interface for technical matters, information sharing, and basic problem resolution.
Conduct employee performance reviews, compensation-related actions, and staffing and hiring recommendations.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years or more of related experience. Master’s and zero (0) years of experience.
Must have experience in managing DoD contracts based on Cost Plus and understand Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
Interim secret clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
US Citizenship required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Prefer either a technical or engineering degree
