Vestil Manufacturing Aluminum Welders in Angola, Indiana
Employee would be responsible for fabrication of product by welding together the correct pieces to produce finished products. You will be welding several of our items in a clean and open environment. All tools and welding equipment are provided. This position is on first shift and is full time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welding of steel or aluminum - pipe/tubing/aluminum tread plate
- Use of hand tools - Levels, squares, wrenches, wire cutters
- Must be able to trouble shoot issues with welding machines
- Must be able to switch wires and gas tanks for welding machines
- Must be able to change liners in welding guns
- Must remove BB's and sharp edges from finished product using hand tools
- Sander, die grinder or cut off wheel
- Use tape measure accurately
- Receive and be able to understand product print to allow fabrication of product
- Break down damaged product using cutting torches or cutting wheels
- Use hoist, slings and chains
- Occasionally take inventory of material
