SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:

TheClient Success Manageris a trusted advisor to clients and owns the success of the overall post-sales relationship, is the "voice of the client" in helping transform their business and maximize value from their AWS environments.?

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact.
    • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to align our solutions with their goals.

``` - Project Planning: - Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements, including maintaining project SOWs, schedules, budgets, resource allocation.

``` - Forecasting: - Lead the development and management of client project budgets and profit margins. - Support the client billing processes. - Risk Management: - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Proactively address issues and challenges that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

``` - Renewals and Upsells: - Work to renew client contracts by demonstrating ongoing value and ROI. - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, working with the sales team to close deals and increase revenue

``` - Communication: - Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, team members, and leadership. - Facilitate effective technical communication channels to business stakeholders. - Be knowledgeable about the industry, our sales process and our services - Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing IT operations or professional service engagements
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years client engagement experience with demonstrated ability in engaging with key stakeholders in managing multiple projects or accounts
  • 1+ years related experience in selling services in Software/IT industry (related experience AWS or other Cloud experience preferred)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services
  • Technical background (i.e. computer science, engineering)
  • Experience with revenue forecasting
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Experience taking ownership and driving resolution for customer issues
  • Ability to proactively manage customer requests and expectations
  • Demonstrated ability in knowing when to bring in expert team members
